Good news, there is a research that found a fun easy way to lose weight. Simply watch a horror movie. According to the study, watching a horror movie can help you burn off about 133 calories.
The researchers say that it is equivalent to doing a 30 minute walk!
This is awesome news for me and I am guessing you too.
I can now sometimes exchange my workout routine for a scary movie without feeling guilty. I do however suggest that you stick to your usual workout plan because of course as we all know exercise has a lot of health benefits that you just can’t get from watching TV.
A quick reminder of the benefits of exercise from Healthline shows that it’s not a good idea to exchange it for horror movies as exercise has much more benefits to your body then losing weight.
